Lisa has given nutrition advice to both my husband and I on several occasions and has really helped us make positive changes to our health and well-being. She is so knowledgeable and passionate about nutrition and really knows her stuff - she even managed to turn my husband (the non-believer!) into a believer and her advice has made a real difference where his GPs and medical practitioners had drawn a bit of a blank. On top of that, she has a lovely, calm and warm personality and is so genuine and supportive. Cannot recommend highly enough! Thank you for everthing Lisa xx

I have been seeing Lisa for about a year now for my acne issues. She has given sooooo many recommendation for supplements and tips for making diet changes easier. I was very careful with what I ate before I saw Lisa, knowing that dairy and sugar are pretty bad for any skin problems, but Lisa explained there was more to do in some areas, and less I had to do in others! It just made eating become much less complicated and less of a hassle!

But the thing I love best is that she's always thinking of you. I always receive follow up messages to check how everything is going, and I can always ask her a question at any time. I feel so comfortable talking with her and she really is so knowledgable and caring! I couldn't recommend Lisa more highly!!! xxxx

I visited Lisa a little while back when I was struggling with fatigue, bloating and just generally feeling a little crappy. I train hard and always try to eat pretty well so I was confused as to why I was feeling like this. Lisa sat with me, discussed everything, reviewed food diaries, mood etc and we gradually made changes, some of which, like avoiding carbonated drinks had an immediate effect. I opted to have a blood test for food intolerances, knowing I was already dairy intolerant I was intrigued to find out if there was anything else- there were some things that surprised me, but again, Lisa went through everything even offering alternatives for foods I thought I would miss out on.

Lisa is professional, knowledgeable, friendly and a delight to chat to especially re: food and nutrition- you can see she is passionate about it because of how she lights up when discussing it. You'll definitely learn something talking to her!!

I saw Lisa as I have never really seen anyone about my diet and as I am getting older thought it would be useful. She was great - talked me through everything and gave me some good advice about my diet (which is nearly vegetarian) and also for my son who is autistic. I had been trying to cut down my tea and coffee for a long time - and on her advice I have somehow cut down to 2 or 3 teas a day That has NEVER happened in my 35 years of drinking tea and I still can't quite believe it! She is really friendly and puts you at ease and I can highly recommend her.

Despite my being based in London and in somewhat of a hurry (as I was flying to Australia imminently) Lisawas very flexible in finding time with me promptly after I had reached out to her. When we spoke I felt immediately that I was in compassionate and experienced hands. I believe hugely in following gut reactions to situations & with Lisa the time I spent talking with her going through my very specific health issues my gut reaction was instinctively positive and reassured. I am now taking her recommended supplements along with constant support from Lisa who is always on hand to answer questions and share helpful healthy eating tips.
